Well, this was the big day. So, I weighed in this morning and had lost the 4 pounds I was looking for......WOO HOO !!!

100 pounds !!!
Isn't that crazy ? Well, Joey promised me he would play Bingo with me when I lost 100 so he is in for some fun tomorrow night. It is a great accomplishment and sometimes unbelieveable, but I am happy and proud. There is that much more to go and then some, but WOW !
Oh, and joined CURVES today.
